When you purchase our products, these will be delivered by Royal Mail. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to delivery outside of United Kingdom. However we hope to be able to offer international delivery in the future.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, however please note during busy periods of time delivery may be longer than usual. Our dispatch time for all handmade products is up to seven working days, although we aim to dispatch earlier than this. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of goods you purchase, unless specified otherwise.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, inlcuding the name of the recipient. We are not liable for delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have a right to cancel your contract to purchase good from us within 14 days without giving notice. The cancelation period ends 14 days from when you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods you have ordered.

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us in writting by sending us an email to info@petiteellieluxuries.com.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised goods.

Effects of Cancelation:

If you cancel your contract with us and goods have already been sent to you, then you must return the goods to ous as soon as possible after informing us of your decision to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the goods that occurs before they are returned to us, including while the goods are in transit.

If you cancel your contract with us we will reimburse to you all payments we received from you without undue delay after we have received the returned goods from you. We can only reimburse to the same method of payments originaly used. 

Returns:

We hope you will be happy with your products purchased from us, however in the event of a return please contact us via email to info@petiteellieluxuries.com for return information. We accept returns within 30 days from being purchased. Please note there are certain items which are exempt from the return policy such as custome made or personalised items and sale items.

Postage for the return is payable by customer unless the goods are damaged, products returned must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging without any sign of them being used.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued once the returned products have reached us in a saleable and undamaged condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after products were received by us.

We are unable to offer refunds for the following items:

  • personalised or custom products

  • sale items
